The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles, in particular to a battery pack mounting and locking device. The battery pack mounting and locking device comprises a mounting substrate, a bolt, a locking mechanism and a locking part, wherein the mounting substrate is provided with a strip-shaped hole, and is used for suspending and fixing a battery pack mounting plate whichis also provided with a strip-shaped hole; the bolt comprises a strip-shaped suspension arm which is positioned on a head part of the bolt, passes through the strip-shaped hole of the mounting substrate, and can be suspended on the mounting substrate after rotating by a certain angle; the bolt further comprises a threaded part which is vertical to the suspension arm; the threaded part is sleevedwith the locking mechanism; the locking part is matched with the threaded part, and comprises a racket and a nut; the racket is arranged on one side of the nut, and is clamped in the clamping mechanism; the locking part can be rotated to drive the locking mechanism, so that the battery pack mounting plate gets away from or close to the mounting substrate; and the locking mechanism is configured tolimit the racket to only rotate towards one direction, and to clamp the battery pack mounting plate in cooperation with the bolt and the mounting substrate. Through the adoption of the battery pack mounting and locking device, the problems of loosening failure and relatively poor reliability in the prior art can be solved.
