The invention discloses a steering system support based on an FSAE monocoque vehicle body. The steering system support comprises a vehicle body support and a connecting rod support, and the vehicle body support is connected with the connecting rod support in an inserting manner, wherein the vehicle body support is connected with the single shell vehicle body, the connecting rod support is connected with a steering system, the vehicle body support comprises a bottom plate, two bosses are fixed to the bottom plate, the connecting rod support is of a cylindrical structure, protrusions are arranged on the outer side of the cylindrical structure in the axis direction of the cylindrical structure, and the bosses are connected to the protrusions in an inserted mode. The influence of the monocoquevehicle body on the steering system can be avoided to the maximum extent, and the influence is concentrated on the support and finally eliminated, so the steering system is easy to install, remachining of parts is avoided, and losses of manpower and financial resources are avoided; and the problem that the steering system is difficult to install due to errors of the monocoque vehicle body is solved, installation and fixation of the steering system are facilitated to a great extent, and the installation time is shortened to be within half an hour.

    本发明公开了一种基于FSAE单体壳车身的转向系统支架,包括车身支架和连杆支架,所述的车身支架与连杆支架采用插接的方式连接,其中,车身支架与单体壳车身连接,连杆支架与转向系统连接,所述的车身支架包括底板,底板上固定有两块凸台,所述的连杆支架采用圆筒形结构,圆筒形结构外侧沿其轴线方向设有凸起,所述的凸台插接在凸起上。本发明能够最大程度避免单体壳车身对于转向系统的影响,将此影响集中在支架上并最后消除,使得转向系统易于安装,避免零件的重新加工,避免人力、财力的损失;解决了因单体壳车身误差导致转向系统安装困难的问题,极大程度上方便了转向系统的安装及固定,将安装时间缩小至半小时以内。
