The driving mechanism comprises: an axle gear box; an output axle rotationally connected into the axle gear box and connected with a wheel set; an input axle rotationally connected into the axle gear box; a transmission part, whereinthe input axle is in transmission connection with the output axle through the transmission part; a motor, wherein the output end of the motor is in transmission connection with one end of the input axle; a brake device fixedly connected to the outer wall of the other side of the axle gear box and also connected with the other end of the input axle; and a shifting fork clutch, wherein one end of the shifting fork clutch is connected with the input axle, and the other end of the shifting fork clutch extends out of the axle gear box. The process bogie can conveniently control whether kinetic energy transmission is cut off or not, so that the process bogie can be conveniently moved when the motor is damaged, and the locking condition is avoided.
