The invention discloses a lead-acid battery with a start-stop function. The battery is used for a hybrid power vehicle, and the hybrid power vehicle comprises an internal combustion engine, a generator, a clutch, a permanent magnet synchronous motor, a gearbox, wheels, a super capacitor modules, an AGM lead-acid storage battery pack with the start-stop function and an energy management system, wherein the energy management system comprises a fuzzy logic monitor, a battery pack PI controller and a super capacitor PI controller; and the energy management system is composed of two stages, the first stage is composed of the AGM lead-acid storage battery pack with the start-stop function and two super capacitor modules, the second stage is composed of a three-phase two-level voltage source inverter connected to a common DC bus, and the inverter provides rated power for the permanent magnet synchronous motor. A power management strategy in the invention is opposite to the traditional power management strategy, the PI controller is used, the size is adapted according to the fuzzification input in order to increase perfect combination and effective control of a power module and an electricpower semiconductor device, a whole vehicle power supply system is rapidly stabilized, the internal resistance of the used AGM lead-acid storage battery pack is designed to be half lower than that ofa common lead-acid battery, the CCA value is doubled, the instantaneous current release energy is large, and the congenital defects of the common storage battery can be effectively overcome.

    本发明公开了一种带启停功能的铅酸电池,其用于混合动力车辆,所述混合动力车辆包括:内燃机、发电机、离合器、永磁同步电动机、变速箱、车轮、超级电容模块、带启停功能的AGM铅酸蓄电池组和能量管理系统;其中能量管理系统包括:模糊逻辑监控器、电池组PI控制器和超级电容PI控制器;所述的能量管理系统由两级组成:第一级由带启停功能的AGM铅酸蓄电池组和两个超级电容模块组成,第二级由连接到公共DC总线的三相两电平电压源逆变器组成,该逆变器提供额定功率给永磁同步电动机。与传统的功率管理策略相反,使用PI控制器,根据模糊化输入来适配大小,增加了动力模块和电力半导体器件的完美结合和有效控制,迅速稳定整车供电系统,使用的AGM铅酸蓄电池组内阻设计为比普通的铅酸电池低一半,CCA值大一倍,瞬间电流释放能量大,能有效解决普通蓄电池本身的先天不足。
