The invention discloses a vehicle overload real-time monitoring device. The invention belongs to the technical field of monitoring signal transmission equipment. The problem is avoided that overload detection equipment in the prior art cannot achieve real-time monitor and information feedback and thus results in accidents caused by frequent overload. The vehicle overload real-time monitoring device comprises two parts, namely a data acquisition module and an overload controller. The data acquisition module is composed of a weighing sensor, a signal acquisition amplifier, an A/D converter anda wireless transmission module. An output port of the signal acquisition amplifier is connected with an input port of the A/D converter; an output port of the A/D converter is connected with an inputport of the wireless transmission module; the overload controller is composed of a wireless receiving module, an overload control single-chip microcomputer, a local early warning device and a networkcommunication module, an output port of the wireless receiving module is connected with an input port of the overload control single-chip microcomputer, and an output port of the overload control single-chip microcomputer is connected with input ports of the local early warning device and the network communication module. The vehicle overload real-time monitoring device is stable, rapid and accurate in operation.

    本发明公开了一种车辆超载实时监控装置,属于监控信号传输设备技术领域,解决了现有技术中的超载检测设备无法做到实时监控并反馈信息,导致超载引起的事故频繁发生的问题,本发明包括数据采集模块和超载控制器两部分,数据采集模块由称重传感器、信号采集放大器、A/D转换器和无线传输模块组成,信号采集放大器的输出端口与A/D转换器的输入端口连接,A/D转换器的输出端口与无线传输模块的输入端口连接,超载控制器由无线接收模块、超载控制单片机、本地预警装置和网络通信模块组成,无线接收模块的输出端口与超载控制单片机的输入端口连接,超载控制单片机的输出端口分别与本地预警装置和网络通信模块的输入端口连接。本发明运行稳定、快速、准确。
