The invention relates to a passive cooling system for a new energy automobile motor. The systemnew energy automobile motor passive cooling system which comprises a temperature sensor, a refrigerationend, a heat dissipation end, a controller, a drive control module, a support stepping motor, an electromagnetic power-on switch module and a cooling devices. The cooling device comprises a support, anelectromagnet, a magnetic body, a heat storage medium, a heat transfer unit, a heat transfer control unit, a heat absorption end and a heat release end. The magnetic body and the electromagnet generate magnetocaloric effect to form a the heat absorption end and a the heat release end; a plurality of cooling devices are connected in series, so that a large temperature difference is formed betweenthe two ends; the refrigeration end with low temperature cools the motor system; the high-temperature heat dissipation end dissipates heat through airflow at the bottom of the vehicle; meanwhile, a temperature sensor is installed on the motor system to measure the temperature in real time and feed back the temperature to a controller, the controller controls whether the cooling device and the support operate or not, the motor system is always at the most suitable operating temperature, and under the condition that the cooling efficiency of the cooling system is improved, the equipment size isreduced under the condition that the cooling efficiency of the cooling system is improved, natural airflow is reasonably utilized, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车电机被动冷却系统,包括温度传感器、制冷端、散热端、控制器、驱动控制模块、支架步进电机、电磁通电开关模块和冷却装置,冷却装置包括支架、电磁铁、磁性本体、储热介质、传热单元、传热控制单元、吸热端和放热端,磁性本体与电磁铁产生磁热效应形成吸热端与放热端,多个冷却装置串联方式连接使两端形成较大温度差,温度低的制冷端对电机系统进行冷却,温度高的散热端通过车辆底部气流散热,同时在电机系统安装温度传感器实时测温并反馈给控制器,控制器控制冷却装置和支架运行与否,使电机系统常处于最适合的运作温度,该冷却系统在提高冷却效率的情况下,减小了设备体积,并合理的利用自然气流,减少能耗。
