The invention provides a construction temporary steel structure safety management informatization method, which comprises the following steps: 1, performing scanning imaging on a construction vehicleto be on a bridge through a camera to obtain vehicle weighing information; 2, comparing the vehicle weighing information with a safety threshold value capable of being borne by the trestle, and if overweight, performing overweight warning on a driver of the construction vehicle through a mobile phone terminal; 3, after the construction vehicle gets on the bridge, comparing the real-time strain with the strain safety threshold value of the trestle, and if the real-time strain is continuously abnormal, sending an alarm to a driver of the construction vehicle through the mobile phone terminal; and 4, after the construction vehicle gets on the bridge, comparing the real-time frequency of the trestle with the safety frequency of the trestle, and if the real-time frequency of the trestle exceedsthe safety frequency of the trestle, reminding a driver to adjust the vehicle speed to the safety speed of the vehicle. According to the invention, construction management near the trestle is facilitated, and the safety degree of a construction site is improved.

    本发明提出了一种施工临时钢结构安全管理信息化方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、通过摄像头对即将上桥的施工车辆进行扫描成像,得到车辆过磅信息;步骤二、将车辆过磅信息与栈桥所能承重的安全阈值进行对比,若超重,则通过手机端对述施工车辆的驾驶员进行超重警告;步骤三、施工车辆上桥后,将实时应变大小与栈桥的应变安全阈值进行对比,若实时应变大小连续出现异常,则通过手机端对述施工车辆的驾驶员进行警报;步骤四、施工车辆上桥后,将栈桥实时频率与栈桥自身安全频率进行对比,若栈桥实时频率超出栈桥自身安全频率,则提醒驾驶员将车速调整至车辆安全速度。本发明方便了栈桥附近的施工管理,提升了施工现场安全程度。
