The invention discloses an urban expressway road operation capability evaluation method. A road traffic health index evaluation model is established; statistical analysis is carried out on six indexesof an urban road network high-delay operation proportion, a road network high-congestion road segment mileage proportion, a road operation speed deviation rate, a road network peak travel delay index, a frequent congestion road segment mileage proportion and a peak average speed; and according to the weights of different indexes, the road traffic health index is calculated for reflecting the traffic operation capability of the road. According to the invention, based on the real-time vehicle passing information and gate illegal information of all electric police gates in the whole city, statistics, analysis and prediction of traffic flow and pedestrian flow information on the urban expressway are carried out, so that the traffic operation commuting capability of the urban expressway is evaluated, the traffic operation capability of each road section and each interchange port on the urban expressway is better monitored, and urban traffic construction is reasonably planned.

    本发明公开了一种城市快速路道路运行能力评估方法,它通过建立道路交通健康指数评估模型,对城市道路路网高延时运行占比、路网高拥堵路段里程占比、道路运行速度偏差率、路网高峰行路延时指数、常发拥堵路段里程占比、高峰平均速度六个指标进行统计分析,根据不同指标所占权重,计算其道路交通健康指数,用于反应道路的交通运行能力。本发明可以根据全城全量电警卡口实时过车信息以及卡口违法信息,统计分析预测城市快速路上车流量人流量信息,由此评估城市快速路的交通运营通勤能力,更好监测城市快速路上的各路段、各立交口的交通运营能力,合理规划城市交通建设。
