The invention discloses an intelligent hanging box level-regulating travelling crane. The intelligent hanging box level-regulating travelling crane comprises a main slide wheel suspended on a main cable way, wherein an upper-layer framework which is parallel to the main cable way is transversely connected below the main slide wheel; a lower-layer framework which is parallel to the upper-layer framework is transversely arranged below the upper-layer framework; an upper connecting rod is vertically connected below the center of the upper-layer framework; a lower connecting rod is vertically connected above the center of the lower-layer framework; the top end of the lower connecting rod and the lower end of the upper connecting rod are rotatably connected through a rotary shaft; and an electric pushing rod is rotatably connected between the left side of the upper-layer framework and the left side of the lower-layer framework. The intelligent hanging box level-regulating travelling crane has the beneficial effects of being capable of automatically regulating level of the hanging box, preventing test equipment and an instrument in the hanging box from dropping into a river, avoiding a process of manually lifting a measuring cylinder to read, improving detection stability and accuracy, being simpler and more convenient in operation, and being high in working efficiency.
