The invention provides a modular separation type survivable impactor based on graded protection. The separation idea is that a propelling module, a high-integration control module and a connecting andseparating module do not adopt protection, are separated from a body structure and a high-reinforcement control module before impact and do not survive after impact. According to the grading idea, three-level protection is adopted for electronic equipment in the high-reinforcement control module, the first-grade protection is of a body structure and is made of a high-strength material, the deformation after impact is reduced as much as possible, and the inner high-reinforcement control module is prevented from being extruded; the second-grade protection is a high-reinforcement control module,the appearance is made of a high-strength material, a buffer sub-module is arranged in the second-grade protection, and impact energy is absorbed through a buffer structure while deformation is avoided after impact; and the third-grade protection is a potting sub-module and electronic equipment in the high-reinforcement control module, and epoxy resin is adopted for potting the internal electronic equipment, so that the impact resistance of the electronic equipment is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于分级防护的模块化分离式可存活撞击器,其分离思想在于推进模块、高集成控制模块以及连接分离模块不采取防护,撞击前与本体结构、高加固控制模块分离,撞后不存活。其分级思想在于高加固控制模块内部电子设备采用三级防护:第一级防护为本体结构,采用高强度材料,尽量减小撞后的变形量,防止对内部高加固控制模块进行挤压;第二级防护为高加固控制模块,外形采用高强度材料,内部包含缓冲子模块,保证撞后不变形同时通过缓冲结构吸收冲击能量;第三级防护为高加固控制模块内的灌封子模块,电子设备,采用环氧树脂对内部电子设备进行灌封处理,提高电子设备的抗冲击能力。
