The invention provides an underwater holder, relates to the technical field of holders, and solves the problems of large turning radius, low space utilization rate and irregular structure of an existing holder. The bottom of a rotating shaft shell of the underwater holder movably sleeves a fixed shaft seat and is in watertight connection with the fixed shaft seat, and the top of the rotating shaftshell is in watertight connection with a pitching shaft shell. A pitching shaft is rotatably and transversely arranged in the pitching shaft shell, a rotary speed reducing motor and a pitching speedreducing motor are arranged in the rotary shaft shell, the rotary speed reducing motor fixes the rotary shaft shell, and a main shaft of the rotary speed reducing motor is in transmission connection with the fixed shaft seat; the pitching speed reducing motor is fixed to the rotating shaft shell, and a main shaft of the pitching speed reducing motor extends into the pitching shaft shell to be in transmission connection with the pitching shaft. The two ends of the pitching shaft are in watertight connection with the pitching shaft shell and extend out of the pitching shaft shell to be used forbeing connected with underwater instruments and equipment. Compared with the prior art, the underwater holder has the advantages of compact structure and small turning radius.
