The invention discloses an overall construction method of an ultra-large superstructure block, which comprises: a section division stage: dividing the superstructure block into a plurality of sectionsfor manufacturing according to the weight, volume and construction factors of the superstructure block; a transportation shelving stage in which shelving transportation trays are adopted as an intermediate medium, and during construction, the shelving transportation trays can be used for shelving blocks or groups; a transferring stage of jacking up the shelving transportation trays by a power module and then transferring the trays to a wharf from a platform; a hoisting stage of hoisting the superstructure block by using a hoisting structure in a hanging row mode. The overall construction of the ultra-large superstructure block can be integrated, and the outfitting integrity is improved.

    本发明公开了一种超大型上建总段整体建造方法,包括:分段划分阶段:根据上建总段的重量、体积以及施工因素,将上建总段划分为多个分段进行制造;运输搁置阶段:采用搁置运输托盘作为中间媒介,在建造时,搁置运输托盘可以用来总段或总组搁置;在转运时,动力模块顶升搁置运输托盘,将搁置运输托盘顶起后从地台移运至码头;吊装阶段:使用吊排方式的吊装结构对上建总段进行吊装。本发明能够整合超大型上建总段整体建造,提高舾装完整性。
