The embodiment of the invention discloses a new energy automobile active discharge system and method based on bus voltage feedback. The discharging system comprises a fuse, a switch K1, a high-voltagebattery, a motor winding and six IGBTs, and further comprises a capacitor C, a buffer resistor R2 and a power device S. One end of the switch K1 is connected with the P end of the high-voltage battery through the fuse, and the U end, the V end and the W end of the motor winding are connected with the N end of the high-voltage battery and the other end of the switch K1 through IGBTs respectively.Two ends of the capacitor C are respectively connected with the other end of the switch K1 and the N end of the high-voltage battery; the buffer resistor R2 and the power device S are connected in series and then connected with the capacitor C in parallel. The two discharge modes of resistance discharge and motor discharge are independent of each other, motor discharge serves as a backup dischargeloop, single-point failure can be prevented, the cost is low, and the discharge system is safer.

    本发明实施例公开了一种基于母线电压反馈的新能源汽车主动放电系统及方法,所述放电系统包括保险丝、开关K1、高电压电池、电机绕组和6个IGBT,还包括电容C、缓冲电阻R2、功率器件S,开关K1的一端通过保险丝连接高电压电池的P端,电机绕组的U、V、W端均分别通过一IGBT连接高电压电池的N端和开关K1的另一端;电容C的两端分别连接开关K1的另一端和高电压电池的N端;缓冲电阻R2和功率器件S串联后与电容C相并联。本发明的电阻放电和电机放电两种放电模式相互独立,电机放电作为备份放电回路,可预防单点失效,成本低,且放电系统更安全。
