The invention discloses a distribution and storage charging pile realizing method, a distribution and storage charging pile realizing device and a high-voltage distribution and storage charging station using the distribution and storage charging pile realizing device. The distribution and storage charging pile realizing device comprises a power distribution unit, a charging unit, an energy storageunit and a photovoltaic and wind power unit; the power distribution unit comprises a high-voltage switch, a charging switch, an energy storage switch, a wind-solar electric energy switch and a powertransformer; the power transformer is a multi-winding transformer and is connected with a power grid G, the energy storage unit, the photovoltaic and wind-power unit, and the rectification module of the charging unit through the high-voltage switch, the energy storage switch, the wind-solar electric energy switch and the charging switch respectively; the charging unit is provided with the rectification module, a dynamic distribution output assembly, a refrigeration system indoor unit and a radiator with a cooling charging terminal; and the rectification module is connected with a charging terminal or the cooling charging terminal through the dynamic distribution output assembly. According to the distribution and storage charging pile realizing device of the invention, the charging unit, the energy storage unit and the photovoltaic and wind power unit share one power distribution loop through the multi-winding power transformer, so that system configuration and control strategies are simplified.

    本发明公开了一种配储充电桩实现方法和装置及使用其的高压配储充电站,包括配电单元、充电单元、储能单元和光伏和风电单元;配电单元包括高压开关、充电开关、储能开关、风光电能开关、电力变压器,电力变压器设为多绕组变压器,其分别经高压开关、储能开关、风光电能开关和充电开关连接电网G、储能单元、光伏和风电单元以及充电单元的整流模组;充电单元有整流模组、动态分配输出组件、制冷系统内机、带冷却充电终端的散热器,整流模组经动态分配输出组件后连接充电终端或带冷却充电终端。本发明中的充电单元、储能单元和光伏和风电单元通过多绕组电力变压器共享一个配电回路,简化了系统配置和控制策略。
