The invention relates to the technical field of wind power blade production equipment, in particular to a wind power blade web overturning and clamping tool. The wind power blade web overturning and clamping tool comprises two sets of clamping units symmetrically arranged up and down and a connecting rod for connecting the two sets of clamping units, and each set of clamping unit comprises a steelframe, an adjustable supporting assembly and four adjustable pressing devices, wherein the adjustable supporting assembly comprises a support, a cylinder and two supporting screws, a plurality of threads are arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder, and the two supporting screws are in threaded connection with the two ends of the cylinder; and each adjustable pressing device comprises a nut anda pressing screw, the nuts of the adjustable pressing devices are fixed to two vertical frames and a cross beam, and the pressing screws are in threaded connection with the nuts. According to the scheme, web plates are clamped and fixed between the adjustable supporting assemblies and the adjustable pressing devices through the adjustable supporting assemblies, the two independent web plates anda tool form a rigid whole, the web plates cannot slide relatively in the overturning process, and the problem that the web plates are damaged due to the fact that the two web plates slide relatively in the direct overturning process is solved.
