The invention relates to a ship safety monitoring method based on a cloud data center. The cloud data center comprises a monitoring platform, a ship data management platform, a ship positioning moduleand a ship communication module. The safety monitoring method comprises the following steps that an operator on a ship is connected with the ship data management platform through the ship communication module, and the basic information of the ship is uploaded to the ship data management platform; management personnel compile a number for each ship connected with the ship data management platformon the ship data management platform, and the number of each ship is not repeated; a manager presets a safe running range of each ship on the monitoring platform; the ship positioning module acquiresthe current position of the ship and sends the current position to the monitoring platform through the ship communication module; and the monitoring platform judges whether the ship is in a safe driving range or not according to a preset safe driving range of the current ship.

    本发明涉及一种基于云数据中心的船舶安全监控方法,所述云数据中心包括监控平台、船舶数据管理平台、船舶定位模块和船舶通讯模块;所述安全监控方法包括以下步骤:船舶上的作业人员通过所述船舶通讯模块连接所述船舶数据管理平台,将船舶的基本信息上传至所述船舶数据管理平台;管理人员在所述船舶数据管理平台为每一与船舶数据管理平台连接的船舶编设一编号,各船舶的编号不重复;管理人员在所述监控平台上预设定各船舶行驶的安全范围;所述船舶定位模块获取船舶当前位置,并通过所述船舶通讯模块发送至监控平台;所述监控平台通过预设定的当前船舶行驶的安全范围判断船舶是否处于安全行驶范围内。
