The invention provides a novel passenger vehicle false starting function scheme so that the function can be triggered under the conditions that the vehicle is started, the vehicle speed is not high and the vehicle collides with the front and back environments, and vehicle safety is ensured. The system comprises a sensing system, a control system, an executive device and a man-machine interaction system, wherein the control system comprises a vehicle control unit, an ABS/ESC controller, a control strategy of the ABS/ESC controller and the like, wherein the executive device comprises a front brake and a rear brake, the man-machine interaction system comprises an instrument display, function keys and the like. The system is advantaged in that the function can be used when the vehicle has a non-driver-intentional driving condition, under the condition that the driver does not perceive, the function is automatically activated, the situation of vehicle collision caused by reasons such as theresponse time of a driver and a sight blind area is avoided, moreover, the false starting function in execution is interrupted at any time through a brake interruption key arranged on a human-computer interaction interface, and thereby that driving of the vehicle according to the intention of the driver under specific conditions is not hindered to the maximum extent is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种新型乘用车误启动功能方案,使车辆在启动,车速不大且车辆与前后环境将发生碰撞的情况下,可以触发该功能,以保证车辆安全。本发明包含感知系统、控制系统、执行装置、人机交互系统,控制系统包含整车控制器、ABS/ESC控制器及其控制策略等,执行装置包含前制动器、后制动器;人机交互系统包括仪表显示、功能按键等。本发明的优点:该功能可在车辆发生非驾驶员意志的行驶状况,且驾驶员无感知的情况下,自动激活该功能,避免了因驾驶员反应时间、视线盲区等原因导致车辆冲撞的情况发生,同时通过人机交互界面设置的制动中断按键,随时中断执行中的误启动功能,以保障最大程度的不妨碍车辆在特定情况下按驾驶员的意图行驶。
