The invention discloses a charging protection device for a new energy automobile. The charging protection device comprises a charging pile, a charging wire and a protection mechanism, wherein the charging wire is wound in the charging pile and used for transmitting electric energy in the charging pile into a new energy automobile, and the protection mechanism is installed at an end of the chargingwire and used for being connected with a charging port of the new energy automobile. The charging pile is advantaged in that a winding roller is rotated to loosen the charging wire wound on the winding roller, the charging wire is pulled out from the charging pile by means of a wire outlet hole, moreover, the charging wire is connected with a charging port of the new energy automobile for charging by utilizing the protection mechanism, an electrified part in the protection mechanism is hidden in an insulated protection shell through an elastic assembly, only when an insulation protection shell is completely butted with the charging port on the new energy automobile, the insulation protection shell does not have any abdicating space, and the electrified body in the insulation protection shell can extend out of the insulation protection shell to be in butt joint with a charging socket of the new energy automobile only by continuously applying force, so electric leakage and electric shock caused by removal of the exposed electrified body from a human body or an automobile body metal part are prevented.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车充电保护装置,包括充电桩、缠绕在所述充电桩内用于将充电桩中的电能输送至新能源汽车中的充电线、以及安装在所述充电线端头处用于同新能源汽车充电口连接的保护机构;该装置通过转动绕辊将缠绕在其上的充电线松下,借助出线孔将充电线从充电桩中拉出,同时,利用保护机构将充电线与新能源汽车的充电口连接进行充电,保护机构中的带电部分通过弹性组件隐藏在绝缘的保护壳内,只有在绝缘保护壳与新能源汽车上的充电口完全对接使得绝缘保护壳不具有任何让位空间后,继续施力才会将绝缘保护壳中的带电体从绝缘保护壳中伸出与新能源汽车的充电插口对接,防止裸露的带电体与人体或车体金属部分解除发生漏电触电。
