The invention discloses a new energy vehicle charging pile self-locking structure. The structure comprises a charging pile, a take-up cabinet and a charging gun, wherein a stand column is welded to the bottom of the charging pile, a base is welded to the bottom of the stand column, a storage groove is formed in the right side surface of the charging pile, a socket is embedded in a left end of thestorage groove, an inner annular groove is formed in a right end of an inner circumferential surface of the storage groove, a gun locking rotating wheel is rotationally connected into the inner annular groove, clamping columns are welded at upper and lower ends of an inner circumferential surface of the gun locking rotating wheel, an outer gear is welded to an outer circumferential surface of thegun locking rotating wheel, a driving gear is meshed with the top of the outer gear, a stepping motor is fixedly connected with a left end surface of the driving gear and embedded in the charging pile, the take-up cabinet is welded to a right end of an upper surface of the base, and a wire outlet is formed in a right end of the upper surface of the take-up cabinet. Through cooperative arrangementof the gun locking rotating wheel and the charging gun, the clamping columns of the locking rotating wheel can be clamped at the upper end and the lower end of the outer annular groove, a charging guncannot be pulled out of the storage groove, and the self-locking effect is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车充电桩自锁结构,包括充电桩、收线柜以及充电枪,充电桩的底部焊接有立柱,立柱的底部焊接有底座,充电桩的右侧面开设有收纳槽,收纳槽的左端镶嵌有插座,收纳槽内圆周面的右端开设有内环形槽,内环形槽的内部转动连接有锁枪转轮,锁枪转轮内圆周面的上下两端均焊接有卡柱,锁枪转轮的外圆周面上焊接有外齿轮,外齿轮的顶部啮合有主动齿轮,主动齿轮的左端面固定连接有步进电机,步进电机镶嵌在充电桩的内部,收线柜焊接在底座上表面的右端,收线柜上表面的右端开设有出线口。通过锁枪转轮与充电枪的配合设置,锁紧转轮的卡柱会卡在外环形槽的上下两端,充电枪也无法从收纳槽内拔出,达到自锁的效果。
