The invention provides an anti-corrosion method for an overboard discharge pipe of a ship desulfurization device and the overboard discharge pipe obtained through the anti-corrosion method. The methodcomprises the following steps that 1) paint is selected, wherein acid-resistant and high-temperature-resistant paint is selected when the pH value of washing water inside the overboard discharge pipeis less than 3, and when the pH value of the washing water inside the overboard discharge pipe is larger than or equal to 3, chemical corrosion-resistant paint is selected; 2) advanced outfitting ofthe overboard discharge pipe is carried out; 3) surface treatment is carried out, and specifically, sand blasting treatment is carried out on the surface of the overboard discharge pipe; 4) the paintis sprayed, wherein when the acid-resistant and high-temperature-resistant paint is sprayed, the temperature is 15-40 DEG C in the construction and curing process, and when the chemical corrosion-resistant paint is sprayed, the temperature is 10-40 DEG C in the construction and curing process. According to the anti-corrosion method for the overboard discharge pipe of the ship desulfurization device, operation is simple, construction is easy, the pertinence is high, the corrosion prevention effect is good, the good paint protection performance can be obtained, and the overboard discharge pipe of a newly-built ship desulfurization device and the overboard discharge pipe of an old ship-transformed ship desulfurization device are free of being repaired again after subjected to corrosion prevention treatment.

    本发明提出了一种船舶脱硫装置排舷外管的防腐方法及所得的排舷外管。本发明包括以下步骤:1)选择油漆:当排舷外管内部洗涤水的pH值小于3时,选用耐酸耐高温油漆;当排舷外管内部洗涤水的pH值大于或等于3时,选用耐化学腐蚀油漆;2)排舷外管预舾装;3)表面处理:对排舷外管的表面进行喷砂处理;4)油漆喷涂:当喷涂耐酸耐高温油漆时,施工和固化过程中,温度为15‑40℃;当喷涂耐化学腐蚀油漆时,施工和固化过程中,温度为10‑40℃。本发明船舶脱硫装置排舷外管防腐方法操作简单,施工容易,针对性强,防腐效果好,能够获得很好的油漆保护性能,新建船舶和旧船改造船舶脱硫装置的排舷外管经过防腐处理之后均无需再修补。
