The method comprises the following steps of 1, performing channelization design and signal control scheme design of left turning by means of another lane on an intersection; and 2, on the basis of the step 1, establishing an optimization model taking maximum traffic capacity as a target by selecting the lane length Lc of left turn of the opposite lane and the signal duration of the pre-signal phase P1, and finding out the left turning, by means of the other lan, lane length Lc and the signal duration of P1 which maximizes the traffic capacity of the intersection in the scheme. The traffic capacity of left-turn motor vehicles can be improved, entrance lane delay is reduced, and the overall operation efficiency of the intersection is improved.
本发明公开一种基于通行能力模型优化的借对向车道左转的信号控制方法,该方法包括如下步骤:步骤1:对交叉口进行借道左转的渠化设计和信号控制方案设计;步骤2:在步骤1的基础上,借对向车道左转的车道长度L和预信号相位P1的信号时长的选择,建立以通行能力最大为目标的优化模型,找到使该方案下交叉口通行能力最大的借道左转车道长度L和P1的信号时长。本发明可以提高左转机动车通行能力,降低进口道延误,提高交叉口的整体运行效率。
