According to the method, the method comprises the following steps that a current frame image of a tower crane in a current operation area is acquired, and a to-be-tracked target and feature information of the to-be-tracked target in the current frame image are identified; a current danger early warning area corresponding to the current frame image is determined based on the feature information of the to-be-tracked target; according to the prediction result of the to-be-tracked target, a prediction danger early warning area is determined, and early warning information is generated; when a living body target is monitored in the current danger early warning area, the to-be-tracked target is predicted based on the current frame image by using a prediction model, and the prediction result of the to-be-tracked target is determined; and the prediction danger early warning area is determined according to the prediction result of the to-be-tracked target, and the early warning information is generated, so that the prediction result of the to-be-tracked target is quickly and accurately determined, the purpose of quickly and accurately carrying out early warning on the current operation area is achieved, and the safety of the living target is further improved.
