The invention discloses a high-stability elevator balance compensation chain and a manufacture method. The two sides in each locking ring are provided with clamping grooves respectively, clamping blocks are arranged in the clamping grooves of the two sides in each locking ring, and the clamping blocks are fixed to the two sides of each locking ring through bolts. Every two locking rings are connected, the portions, of the junctions, of the two ends in each locking ring are further provided with rolling columns, and a rubber composite layer wraps the connected locking rings. The high-stabilityelevator balance compensation chain is reasonable in structure, the twisting force cannot be generated between the adjacent locking rings, the locking rings are prevented from deforming and rolling, and thus the stability of an elevator is guaranteed. Every two adjacent locking rings cannot collide in comparison with a traditional compensation chain, friction cannot occur on the inner sides of thelocking rings, and accordingly the service life of the elevator balance compensation chain is prolonged. Through coupling of the external rubber composite layer, the other two locking rings, connected with one locking ring, of the elevator balance compensation chain cannot be located on the same side, it is guaranteed that the overall length of the elevator balance compensation chain is maximizedall the time, and the stability of the elevator is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种高稳定性的电梯平衡补偿链及制作方法,锁环内部两测分别开有卡槽,锁环内部两测的卡槽内设置有卡块,卡块通过螺栓固定在锁环两侧,两两锁环相互连接,锁环内部两端位于连接处还设置有滚柱,连接后的锁环外部包裹有橡胶复合层,该发明结构合理,相邻的锁环相互之间不会出现扭力,避免了锁环的变形及翻滚,从而保证电梯的稳定性。不会像传统补偿链一样两两相邻的锁环发生碰撞,不会在锁环内侧发生摩擦,从而提高电梯平衡补偿链的使用寿命,再通过外部橡胶复合层的配合,使电梯平衡补偿链不会出现与一个锁环相连的另外两个锁环位于同一侧,从而保证了电梯平衡补偿链的整体长度一直为最大化,同样保证了电梯的稳定性。
