The invention relates to a novel power transmission system of a single-engine high-pressure cleaning vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of high-pressure cleaning vehicles. The system comprises a chassis engine, a full-power power takeoff, an output shaft I, an output shaft II, a side power takeoff and an output shaft III; the chassis engine, the full-power power takeoff, the output shaftI, the output shaft II, the side power takeoff and the output shaft III are installed on a second-class chassis. The chassis engine is connected with the full-power power takeoff, the full-power powertakeoff is provided with the output shaft I and the output shaft II, the output shaft I drives a hydraulic high-pressure water pump to rotate to drive a high-pressure water path system, and the output shaft II drives a hydraulic oil pump to drive a hydraulic system; the side power takeoff is connected with a gearbox of the chassis engine, a low-pressure water pump is connected with the side powertakeoff through the output shaft III, and the side power takeoff drives the low-pressure water pump to rotate when working. Compared with a conventional single-engine transmission mode, the system ofthe invention has the advantages of smaller occupied space, lower cost and more convenience in installation and maintenance.
本发明涉及一种单发高压清洗车新式动力传递系统,属于高压清洗车技术领域。包括底盘发动机、全功率取力器、输出轴Ⅰ、输出轴Ⅱ、侧取力器和输出轴Ⅲ,所述底盘发动机、全功率取力器、输出轴Ⅰ、输出轴Ⅱ、侧取力器和输出轴Ⅲ安装在二类底盘上,底盘发动机连着全功率取力器,全功率取力器有输出轴Ⅰ和输出轴Ⅱ两个输出轴,输出轴Ⅰ带动液压高压水泵旋转驱动高压水路系统,输出轴Ⅱ带动液压油泵驱动液压系统;所述侧取力器连接底盘发动机的变速箱,低压水泵通过输出轴Ⅲ与侧取力器相连,侧取力器工作时带动低压水泵旋转。本发明的有益效果是:相对以往的单发传输形式有较大的优势,空间占据更小,成本更低,安装检修更方便。
