The invention relates to the technical field of automobile electronics and electricity, and particularly discloses a mild hybrid system of a commercial vehicle. The system includes an engine, a firstBSG motor and a second BSG motor in transmission connection with the engine, a first battery and a second battery connected with the first and second BSG motors respectively and used for storing electric energy generated by the corresponding first BSG and second BSG motors and supplying power to the corresponding first and second BSG motors, and a controller VECU used for controlling the first battery and the second battery to electrify the corresponding first BSG motor and the second BSG motor to start the engine. The problems that in the prior art, a mild hybrid power system of a commercialvehicle is too small in power and power torque and starting of the commercial vehicle cannot be smoothly completed can be solved.

    本发明涉及汽车电子电气技术领域,具体公开了一种商用车弱混系统。该系统包括发动机;还包括第一BSG电机和第二BSG电机,其均与所述发动机传动连接;还包括第一电池和第二电池,其分别与两个所述第一BSG电机和第二BSG电机连接,用于储存对应的所述第一BSG电机和第二BSG电机产生的电能和为其供电;还包括控制器VECU,其用于控制所述第一电池和第二电池给对应的所述第一BSG电机和第二BSG电机上电启动所述发动机。本发明能够解决现有技术中商用车弱混合动力系统功率太小,功率扭矩太小,无法实现顺利完成对商用车启动的问题。
