The invention discloses a hoisting device and method used for a civil aviation auxiliary power unit and relates to the technical field of civil aviation auxiliary power unit maintenance. The hoistingdevice comprises a fixed column type cantilever crane and a coupling mechanism. The fixed column type cantilever crane comprises an upright, an I-shaped steel cantilever and a hoist crane. A verticalfixed shaft parallel to the upright is arranged at the upper end of the upright. The I-shaped steel cantilever can freely rotate around the vertical fixed shaft. The hoist crane is in sliding connection with the bottom of the I-shaped steel cantilever and can slide by itself along the I-shaped steel cantilever under the effect of tension. The coupling mechanism comprises an integrally forged typelifting lug and a foldable fixing pin. A support lug part of the integrally forged type lifting lug is fixed to the position of a fixed mounting point in the middle of the auxiliary power unit throughthe foldable fixing pin. By the adoption of the technical scheme, it can be effectively guaranteed that the APU is safely and stably hoisted without swinging, hoisting efficiency in the APU maintenance process is effectively improved, APU hoisting operation labor intensity is reduced, a structure is simple, and practicability is good in the practice process.

    本发明公开了一种用于民航辅助动力装置的起吊装置及起吊方法,涉及民航辅助动力装置维修技术领域;其包括定柱式悬臂吊和连挂机构,定柱式悬臂吊包括立柱、工字钢悬臂和起重葫芦,立柱的上端设置有与立柱相互平行的竖直定轴,工字钢悬臂能够绕竖直定轴自由转动;起重葫芦滑动连接在工字钢悬臂的底部,起重葫芦能够在拉力作用下沿工字钢悬臂自行滑动;连挂机构包括一体锻造式吊耳和可折叠固定销,通过可折叠固定销将一体锻造式吊耳的支耳部固定在辅助动力装置中部固定挂点位置;通过实施本技术方案,可有效保证起吊APU时安全、平稳而不偏摆,有效提高APU维修过程中的起吊效率,减小APU起吊作业劳动强度,结构简单且在实践过程中具有很好的实用性。
