The invention discloses a propeller casting process and a propeller, and the propeller casting process comprises: smelting a blank material, and then carrying out casting molding to respectively obtain a blade casting and a shaft hub casting; carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on the paddle casting and the shaft hub casting, and then carrying out electrolytic grinding; welding the blade casting andthe shaft hub casting according to the drawing size, and obtaining a propeller blank; and spraying waterproof paint to the propeller blank, and then carrying out drying treatment. According to the casting process, the propeller is cast by adopting a split casting and welding method, so that the process difficulty is reduced, the controllability is improved, and meanwhile, the mechanical property of the manufactured propeller can be effectively guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种螺旋桨铸造工艺和螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨铸造工艺包括:将胚体材料进行熔炼,之后进行浇注成型,分别得到桨叶铸件和轴毂铸件;将桨叶铸件和轴毂铸件进行超声清洗,之后进行电解研磨;将上述桨叶铸件和轴毂铸件按照图纸尺寸进行焊接,得到螺旋桨坯体;对螺旋桨坯体喷涂防水漆,之后进行烘干处理。该铸造工艺采用分体铸造再焊接的方法进行螺旋桨的铸造,不仅降低工艺困难,增加可控性,同时能够有效保障制得的螺旋桨的机械性能。
