The invention discloses a hydrogen leakage detection control method and system for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. The detection control method comprises a starting process control method, a driving process control method and a parking state control method. A direct starting mode and a segmented starting mode in the starting process control method both detect the hydrogen leakage concentration HC, when the hydrogen leakage concentration HC is larger than the safety limit concentration H1, the IGN contactor is disconnected, and the whole vehicle fails to be started. The hydrogen leakage concentration HC is detected in real time in the driving process, all hydrogen cylinder valves are closed when the hydrogen leakage concentration HC is larger than the safety limit concentration H1, the fuel cell is shut down, and the whole vehicle is automatically switched into a pure electric mode. In the parking process, the hydrogen leakage concentration HC can be detected regularly, and data are uploaded to the TBOX when the hydrogen leakage concentration HC is larger than the safety limit concentration H1. Hydrogen leakage detection control strategies are provided in the starting, driving and parking processes of the hydrogen fuel automobile, it is guaranteed that the hydrogen concentration of the automobile is in a safe state, and safety accidents caused by too high hydrogen concentration are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种氢燃料电池汽车氢泄露检测控制方法及其系统,检测控制方法包括启动过程控制方法、行驶过程控制方法、停车状态控制方法。启动过程控制方法中的直接启动模式、分段启动模式均有检测氢气泄露浓度HC,大于安全极限浓度H1时会断开IGN接触器,整车启动失败。行驶过程实时检测氢气泄露浓度HC,大于安全极限浓度H1时关闭所有氢瓶瓶阀,燃料电池停机,整车自动切换到纯电动模式。停车过程中会定时检测中氢气泄露浓度HC,大于安全极限浓度H1时数据上传至TBOX。本发明在氢燃料汽车启动、行驶及停车过程中均有氢气泄露检测控制策略,保证汽车氢气浓度处于安全状态,避免出现因氢气浓度过高导致安全事故。
