The invention relates to the technical field of long-distance charging, and particularly discloses a long-distance charger and a long-distance charging system. The long-distance charger comprises an energy converter, a positioner and a storage battery; the positioner is separated from the energy converter by a set position distance, and real-time position information of the long-distance charger is obtained through positioning and sent; the energy converter comprises a shell which is a shell provided with a hollow charging cavity, wherein an energy collection hole for receiving an energy signal is formed in the side wall of the shell; an energy conversion array which is located in the charging cavity and used for receiving the energy signal and converting the energy signal into electric energy; and a conductive transmission line which is connected between the energy conversion array and the storage battery and is used for unidirectionally transmitting the electric energy to the storagebattery. According to the long-distance charger and the long-distance charging system, ultra-long-distance real-time charging can be achieved, a large-size battery does not need to be arranged, the load and the cost are reduced, and the long-distance charger and the long-distance charging system are suitable for unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ships and other devices with long-time endurance requirements.
