The system comprises a vehicle module, a parking lot module, a price interval module, an electricity price module, a matching module and an output module, wherein the vehicle module transmits the acquired information with the parking demand to the matching module, the parking lot module transmits multiple pieces of collected parking lot information to the matching module, the matching module carries out matching optimization of vehicles with the parkingdemand and shared parking stalls in each parking lot, outputs the parking lot electricity price obtained through optimization to the vehicle parking demand module, and outputs the matching result to the output module, the price interval module is used for carrying out price grouping of the vehicle quotation information and outputting the grouping information to the matching module, the electricityprice module is used for collecting and predicting the real-time electricity price of different nodes and the capacity electricity price of each parking lot, and outputting data to the matching module, and the output module is used for receiving the result of the matching module.
