The invention relates to a tire pressure control valve, aims at eliminating high-pressure gas interference and solving the problem that a valve element has no steady state, provides a pressure controlvalve technical scheme capable of being actually applied, and discloses a pressure control valve. According to the technical scheme, in the pressure control valve, the valve element is provided witha radial through hole; a valve cavity is formed by an inner cavity and an outer cavity, wherein the axis of the inner cavity coincides with the axis of the outer cavity, and openings of the inner cavity and the outer cavity are opposite; the part, with the forward opening, of the valve cavity communicates with an air inlet pipe; the valve element is inserted into the cavity with the backward opening; a through hole corresponding to the through hole of the valve element is formed in the side wall of the inner cavity and is in movable close fit with the valve element; a ball, a spring and a boltare arranged on the cavity with the backward opening to form a pressure adjusting device; two u-shaped limiting structures are arranged on the valve element; when the ball is in the first limiting structure, the valve element is at the valve closing station; when the tire pressure is lower than the lower limit, the valve element breaks through the limit, resistance of the ball to the valve element suddenly disappears, the valve element rapidly moves backwards to the valve opening station, and the ball enters the second limiting structure; and when air inflation is carried out till the tire pressure is higher than the upper limit, the valve element breaks through the limit to rapidly move forwards to the valve closing station.

    本发明涉及胎压控制阀,旨在排除高压气体干扰、解决阀芯无稳态问题,提供一种可实际应用的压控阀技术方案。本发明的技术方案是:一种压控阀,阀芯设有径向通孔,阀腔是由轴线重合、开口相反的内、外腔构成,前开口的阀腔连通进气管,阀芯插入其中后开口的腔体中,所述的内腔侧壁设有与阀芯通孔对应的通孔,并与阀芯可移动的紧密配合;在后开口的腔体上设有由滚珠、弹簧和螺栓组成调压装置,所述的阀芯设有两个凹形限位结构,滚珠在第一限位结构内时阀芯处于闭阀位,当胎压低于下限时,阀芯突破限位,滚珠对阀芯的阻力突然消失,阀芯快速后移至开阀位,所述的滚珠进入第二限位结构,当充气至胎压高于上限时,阀芯突破限位快速前移至闭阀位。
