The invention discloses a shock isolation device of an automobile shock absorber. The shock isolation device comprises an outer support, a vibration reducing spring, a buffer block arranged on a shockabsorber piston rod in a sleeve mode and located below an outer support, a neck bush inner framework arranged on the shock absorber piston rod in a sleeve mode, a neck bush outer framework arranged inside the outer support, a neck bush rubber block arranged between the neck bush outer framework and the neck bush inner framework, a check ring connected with the neck bush outer framework, a bearingarranged on the outer support in a sleeve mode and an anti-vibration pad arranged between the vibration reducing spring and the bearing, and the neck bush rubber block is located between the check ring and the outer support. According to the shock isolation device of the automobile shock absorber, spring force and damping force of the shock absorber are transmitted to an automobile body through two different channels, durability and shock isolation performance are improved, and the outer support is made of an aluminum alloy material, so that the rigidity of the outer support is improved whilethe weight of a product is reduced, on a bumpy road surface, vibration of the automobile body is effectively restrained, and the risk of abnormal sound is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种汽车减振器隔震装置,包括外支架、减振弹簧、套设于减振器活塞杆上且位于外支架下方的缓冲块、套设于减振器活塞杆上的内衬套内骨架、设置于所述外支架内部的内衬套外骨架、设置于内衬套外骨架与内衬套内骨架之间的内衬套橡胶块、与内衬套外骨架连接的挡圈、套设于外支架上的轴承和设置于所述减振弹簧与轴承之间的减振垫,内衬套橡胶块位于挡圈和外支架之间。本发明的汽车减振器隔震装置,将弹簧力与减振器的阻尼力通过两个不同的通道,传递至车身,提高了耐久性和隔震性能;而且外支架采用铝合金材质,降低产品重量的同时,提高了自身的刚度;在颠簸路面,有效的抑制车身的震动,降低了异响的风险。
