The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted detection device for a port track. The vehicle-mounted detection device comprises a track cracking detection assembly and a control assembly, wherein the track cracking detection assembly comprises a laser emitter and a laser receiver which are installed at the lower portion of a cart, and the emitting direction of a laser in the laser emitter is horizontal and perpendicular to the extending direction of the track; the laser emitting direction of the laser emitter is right opposite to the receiving direction of the laser receiver; and the relative position among the laser emitter, the laser receiver and the cart are set as follows that when the cart walks, the laser emitter and the laser receiver are located on the two sides of the track, and thelaser emitter and the laser receiver are in signal connection with the control assembly. According to the vehicle-mounted detection device for the port track, track cracking and settling detection canbe realized in the process of moving along with the cart.
