The invention discloses a novel sling with a self-locking function. A lazy arm, a connecting rod I and a connecting rod II are included. One end of the connecting rod I is connected with one end of the connecting rod II. The end portion of the lazy arm is hinged to the connected point of the connecting rod I and the connecting rod II. The connecting rod II is of a three-connecting-end structure, the other two connecting ends of the connecting rod II are connected with one end of a screw and one end of a lower lifting hook correspondingly, the other end of the connecting rod I is connected withone end of a lifting hook, and the middle portion of the lifting hook is hinged to the middle portion of the lower lifting hook. A jaw is formed by the other end of the lifting hook and the other endof the lower lifting hook. A crossed shear lock structure is formed by the lifting hook and the lower lifting hook. The middle portion of the lazy arm is fixedly connected to the upper end of the screw through a connecting piece. The crossed shear lock structure is used in the device to be matched with the two connecting rods so that the problems about weighting skidding, workpiece falling and the like in the production process can be well solved. Workpiece clamping, locking, hoisting and transferring are smoothly finished, safety and high efficiency are achieved, and the labor intensity of workers is lowered.

    本发明公开了一种带自锁功能的新型吊具,包括吊臂、连杆Ⅰ和连杆Ⅱ,所述连杆Ⅰ一端连接连杆Ⅱ一端,所述吊臂端部铰接连杆Ⅰ和连杆Ⅱ的连接点,所述连杆Ⅱ为三连接端结构,所述连杆Ⅱ另两个连接端分别连接螺杆和下吊钩一端,所述连杆Ⅰ另一端连接吊钩一端,所述吊钩中部铰接下吊钩中部,所述吊钩另一端和下吊钩另一端形成钳口,所述吊钩与下吊钩构成十字交叉式剪刀锁结构,所述吊臂中部通过连接件固定连接螺杆上端。本装置使用十字交叉式剪刀锁结构配合二连杆可以很好的解决生产过程中的出现的偏重打滑、工件掉落等问题,做到了对工件的夹持、锁紧、起吊、转运的顺利完成,既安全、又高效,降低了工人的劳动强度。
