The invention provides a whole-stack hoisting device and method for aerated bricks. The whole-stack hoisting device for the aerated bricks comprises a supporting base and a steel bar sleeve cage withupper and lower openings in a cage structure, wherein the steel bar sleeve cage comprises an upper end hoisting assembly, a lower end supporting assembly and a plurality of vertically arranged steel bar vertical columns, the upper end hoisting assembly comprises four hoisting cross rods enclosing a rectangular frame, the lower end supporting assembly is parallel to the upper end hoisting assemblyand correspondingly arranged, the lower end supporting assembly comprises four supporting cross rods enclosing a rectangular frame, and the steel bar vertical columns are respectively connected with the hoisting cross rods and the supporting cross rods; and the supporting base is detachably connected with the steel bar sleeve cage. According to whole-stack hoisting device and method for the aerated bricks, the device can be manufactured by processing steel bars on a construction site, the structure is simple, the manufacturing time is short, the device is not limited by the environment of theconstruction site, the device is far lower than a bucket and a caterpillar transport vehicle in overall manufacturing cost, the whole-stack hoisting of the aerated bricks is facilitated, and the replacement of the specification of the steel bar sleeve cage according to hoisting amount requirements is facilitated at the same time.

    本发明提供了一种加气砖整垛吊装装置和方法。加气砖整垛吊装装置包括承托底座以及上下均开口呈笼式结构的钢筋套笼;钢筋套笼包括上端吊装总成、下端支撑总成以及若干竖直设置的钢筋立柱;上端吊装总成包括围合成矩形框的四根吊装横杆,下端支撑总成与上端吊装总成平行且对应设置,其包括围合成矩形框的四根支撑横杆;所述钢筋立柱分别连接吊装横杆与支撑横杆;承托底座与钢筋套笼可拆卸式连接。本发明提供的加气砖整垛吊装装置可利用施工现场的钢筋现场加工制作,结构简单、制作时间短,不受限于施工场地环境,整体造价远低于吊斗和履带运输车,方便进行加气砖的整垛吊装,同时方便根据吊装量要求更换钢筋套笼规格。
