The invention discloses an integrated electronic hydraulic brake system. The system comprises a liquid storage tank, a brake master cylinder, an electric pressure buildup cylinder, a pedal feeling simulator, a hydraulic control unit and an electric control unit, wherein the liquid storage tank, the brake master cylinder, the electric pressure buildup cylinder, the pedal feeling simulator, the hydraulic control unit and the electric control unit are integrated into an integral structure; the liquid storage tank is arranged close to the brake master cylinder and is communicated with the brake master cylinder; the brake master cylinder is assembled in the hydraulic control unit; the electric control unit is arranged on the upper portion of the hydraulic control unit; the electric pressure buildup cylinder penetrates through the electric control unit and is also assembled on the upper portion of the hydraulic control unit; the pedal feeling simulator is arranged on one side of the hydraulic control unit; and the liquid storage tank is assembled on the other side of the hydraulic control unit. The brake device has the beneficial effect that enough brake pressure can be established in ashort time. And the functions of active braking, failure backup, braking energy recovery and the like are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种集成式电子液压制动系统,包括有储液罐、制动主缸、电动建压缸、踏板感觉模拟器、液压控制单元和电控单元,其中储液罐、制动主缸、电动建压缸、踏板感觉模拟器、液压控制单元和电控单元集成为一个整体结构,储液罐靠近制动主缸安装并与制动主缸相连通,制动主缸装配在液压控制单元内,电控单元设在液压控制单元的上部,电动建压缸穿过电控单元也装配在液压控制单元的上部,踏板感觉模拟器设置在液压控制单元的一侧,储液罐装配在液压控制单元的另一侧。有益效果:能够在短时间内建立足够的制动压力。具备主动制动、失效备份和制动能量回收等功能。
