A transformer box transportation and installation vehicle suitable for uneven ground is disclosed. The device comprises a main body box; the front end face of the body box is fixedly connected with apower box; a transformer box cavity which is through up and down and provided with a backward opening is formed in the main body box. Lifting box cavities are symmetrically formed in the left side andthe right side of the transformer box cavity in a communicating mode. The rear side of the lifting box cavity is communicated with a chain wheel cavity extending upwards; and a bevel gear cavity is formed in the outer side of the chain wheel cavity. After deflection of the main box body is sensed through left-right and front-back sensing blocks, the main box body is kept in a horizontal state allthe time through up-down movement of left-right and front-back adjusting boxes; thus, tilting is prevented, it is ensured that the transformer box can be conveyed in an uneven soil slope; the liftingbox can be adjusted up and down to adapt to transformer box bases of different heights, the transformer box can be stably placed through outward and downward movement of a supporting plate, damage tothe transformer box due to too fast falling is prevented, and meanwhile installation operation can be completed under the condition that obstacles exist above the bases.
