The anti-static tire structure comprises an airtight layer, a tire body layer and a tread layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside. A belt ply structure is arranged in the center between the tire body layer and the tread layer and comprises a first belt ply, a second belt ply, a third belt ply and a fourth belt ply; cushionrubber is arranged below the belt ply structure; the tread layer comprises a pattern groove bottom, and the outer surface of the tread layer is coated with a conductive rubber layer. According to theanti-static tire structure, no stress concentration point exists at the tread layer; the conductive rubber and the crown rubber participate in vulcanization to form a whole body; conductive layers arearranged on the outer surfaces of the crown shoulder and the pattern groove bottom of the tire and directly grounded; in the using process of the tire, the anti-static performance of the tire is notaffected after the conductive layer on the outermost layer of the crown is abraded, the outer side of the shoulder of the tire and the outer surface of the pattern groove still make contact with the ground, the long-term anti-static effect is achieved, and the tire structure is suitable for medium-semi-steel all-steel tires.
本发明提供一种防静电轮胎结构,包括由里向外依次设置的气密层、胎体层和胎面层;胎体层和胎面层之间的中心处设有带束层结构,带束层结构包括第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层和第四带束层;带束层结构下方设有垫胶;胎面层包含花纹沟底,胎面层外表面包覆导电橡胶层。发明的防静电轮胎结构,轮胎胎面层处无应力集中点,导电橡胶与胎冠胶参与硫化形成一体,轮胎的胎冠肩部和花纹沟底外表面均有导电层直接接地,轮胎使用过程中,胎冠最外层导电层磨损以后不影响轮胎防静电性能,轮胎的肩部外侧和花纹沟外表面仍然与地接触,起到长久防静电效果,可适用于中半钢全钢载重胎。
