The disclosure provides a vehicle and a power battery heating device and method thereof. The power battery heating device comprises a three-phase inverter, a three-phase alternating-current motor anda control module. The control module is used for acquiring a rotor angle signal of the three-phase alternating-current motor; when the temperature of the power battery is detected to be lower than a preset temperature value in a vehicle parking state, a target switching state of the three-phase inverter is selected according to the motor type and the rotor angle signal and the three-phase inverteris controlled to electrify and heat a three-phase coil of the three-phase alternating-current motor according to power supply equipment in a target switching state, so that the three-phase alternating-current motor that is electrified and heated and/or the three-phase inverter heat cooling liquid flowing through the power battery. During heating, the temperature of the power battery can be increased without using an engine or adding a heating device, the heating efficiency is high, the temperature of the power battery is increased quickly, and the torque generated by the motor is small; and meanwhile, the torque of continuous rotation cannot be generated, so that the vehicle cannot run automatically during heating.
本公开提出了一种车辆及其动力电池加热装置与方法,动力电池加热装置包括三相逆变器、三相交流电机以及控制模块,控制模块用于获取三相交流电机的转子角度信号,并在车辆驻车状态检测到动力电池的温度低于预设温度值时,根据电机类型与转子角度信号选择三相逆变器的目标开关状态,并控制三相逆变器在目标开关状态下根据供电设备向三相交流电机的三相线圈通电加热,以使得三相交流电机在通电加热后和/或三相逆变器向流经动力电池的冷却液进行加热,加热时无需使用发动机或者增加加热装置就可以实现动力电池的温度提升,加热效率高,动力电池温度升高快,并且电机产生的转矩小、同时不会产生连续旋转的转矩,以此确保车辆不会在加热时自行行驶。
