The invention relates to a special weather command system based on the Internet of Things technology, and belongs to the technical field of Internet of Things command systems. The system comprises a multi-stage command system based on a cloud platform and terminal equipment based on the Internet of Things technology, and the multi-stage command system based on the cloud platform comprises the cloud platform, a weather monitoring system, a traffic command system and a traffic signal system; the terminal equipment comprises an automobile data recorder and a mobile phone APP. The automobile datarecorder and the mobile phone APP are connected with the traffic signal system through the Internet of Things. The automobile data recorder and the mobile phone APP transmit the on-site road surface condition to the traffic signal system, and after the traffic signal system judges that the condition is true, the traffic signal system transmits a monitored road surface vehicle driving picture backto the automobile data recorder and the mobile phone APP, so that interconnection of people, the environment and vehicles is realized; the cloud platform has very important practical significance forimproving the safety and real-time performance of the command process, reasonably allocating and utilizing various storage and computing resources and the like.
