The invention discloses a non-azeotropic refrigerant auto-cascade heat pump air conditioning system. The non-azeotropic refrigerant auto-cascade heat pump air conditioning system comprises an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a gas-liquid separator, an internal heat exchanger, an evaporator, a liquid storage tank, a compressor, a ventilation door, a first expansion valve, a secondexpansion valve and an evaporative condenser, wherein the ventilation door is suitable for being closed in a heating mode in order that cooling air does not flow through the evaporator, or being opened in a cooling mode in order to allow the cooling air to flow through the evaporator; the second expansion valve is suitable for being opened in the heating mode and being closed in the cooling mode;a gas outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected to a first inlet of the internal heat exchanger; and a first outlet of the internal heat exchanger is connected to a first inlet of the evaporative condenser. According to the non-azeotropic refrigerant auto-cascade heat pump air conditioning system, efficient running in an ultrawide temperature area can be realized by adopting an auto-cascadecycle; the problem of severe attenuation of heat pump performance and efficiency at a low temperature is solved effectively; the heating capacity is improved; the comfort in a cabin is improved by cold and heat switching; and the universality in cold and hot areas is met.

    本发明公开了一种非共沸制冷剂自复叠热泵空调系统,它包括室内换热器、室外换热器、气液分离器、内部热交换器、蒸发器、储液罐、压缩机、风门、第一膨胀阀、第二膨胀阀、蒸发冷凝器;其中,所述风门适于在制热模式下关闭以使冷却风不流过蒸发器或在制冷模式下打开以使冷却风流过蒸发器;所述第二膨胀阀适于在制热模式下打开和在制冷模式下关闭;所述气液分离器的气体出口与所述内部热交换器的第一进口相连;所述内部热交换器的第一出口与所述蒸发冷凝器的第一进口相连。本发明采用自复叠循环可以实现超宽温区内的高效运行,有效解决低温下热泵性能效率严重衰减的问题,并提升制热能力,通过冷热切换提升舱内舒适性,满足在寒冷和炎热区域的通用性。
