The invention provides a variable-amplitude moving method for a super-lift counterweight, a variable-amplitude moving system and a crane, and relates to the technical field of cranes. The variable-amplitude moving method comprises the following steps that firstly, whether the initial ground clearance of the super-lift counterweight is within a ground clearance reference range or not is detected, and if the initial ground clearance is detected to exceed the ground clearance reference range, a super-lift counterweight lifting oil cylinder is controlled to move the super-lift counterweight to a position where the ground clearance is consistent with the set ground clearance; then, based on the size relation between the initial super-lift radius and the target super-lift radius, a super-lift counterweight variable-amplitude oil cylinder is controlled to conduct variable-amplitude movement on the super-lift counterweight to a position where the super-lift radius is consistent with the targetsuper-lift radius, and meanwhile, a super-lift counterweight lifting oil cylinder is controlled to extend or retract, so that the super-lift counterweight is always kept at the set ground clearance in the variable-amplitude moving process. Through the method, an operator does not need to switch back and forth between a lifting action and a variable-amplitude action, and the operation is simple.
