The supporting units each comprise a supporting frame and a hanger rail, each hanger rail comprises a hanger rail body, a plug board, a rack and a first fixing bolt, each hanger rail body is fixed to the corresponding supporting frame and provided with a first end and a second end, each plug board is arranged at the first end of the corresponding hanger rail body, an inserting hole is formed in the second end of each hanger rail body, a first fixing through hole is formed in each hanger rail body, a first fixing screw hole is formed in each plug board, and each rack is arranged on one side of the corresponding hanger rail body; and the moving unit comprises a hanging wheel, a worktable, a robot, a driving motor and a gear, the hanging wheel is arranged on the corresponding hanger rail in a hung mode, the worktable is connected with the hanging wheel, the robot and the driving motor are fixed to the worktable, the gear is mounted on the driving motor to be driven by the driving motor to rotate, and the gear is matched with the rack. Compared with the prior art, the transferring process is stable, good safety is achieved, and meanwhile compared with an existing feeding mode, the working efficiency is effectively improved greatly.

    本发明公开了一种轨道式自动送料装置,包括运动单元和多个支撑单元,支撑单元包括支撑架和吊轨,吊轨包括吊轨本体、插板、齿条和第一固定螺栓,吊轨本体固定于支撑架上,其具有第一端和第二端,插板设于吊轨本体的第一端,吊轨本体的第二端设有插孔,由吊轨本体上设有第一固定通孔,插板上设有第一固定螺孔,齿条设于吊轨本体的一侧;运动单元包括吊轮、工作台、机器人、驱动电机和齿轮,吊轮吊设于吊轨上,工作台与吊轮连接,机器人和驱动电机固定于工作台上,齿轮安装于驱动电机上被驱动电机驱动转动,齿轮与齿条相配合。与现有技术相比,本发明转运过程稳定,具有较好的安全性,同时,相较于现有加料方式,极为有效地提升了工作效率。
