The invention belongs to the technical field of energy-saving elevators, and discloses a device capable of achieving energy saving during driving of a miniature elevator. The device comprises a shaftway, a lift car, a clapboard arranged on the inner wall of the shaftway and driving structures which are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the inner wall of the shaftway, wherein the lift caris provided with a guide plate, the clapboard is provided with a limiting plate, each driving structure is provided with a driving motor and an electric lifting rod which is connected with the outputend of the driving motor, a first pushing plate and a second pushing plate which penetrate through the clapboard and are arranged at the two sides of the limiting plate respectively are connected to the ends of the electric lifting rods, a first pushing rod used for pulling the guide plate is hinged to the side, facing the lift car, of the first pushing plate, and a second pushing rod used for pulling the guide plate is hinged to the side, facing the lift car, of the second pushing plate. The driving structures arranged at one side of the lift car cooperate with the motors to pull the lift carwhile lifting the lift car so as to lift the elevator, the purpose of reducing energy loss and shortening the waiting time during operation of the motor of the elevator is achieved, and thus energy loss is lowered while the efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于节能电梯技术领域,公开一种小型电梯的驱动节能装置,包括井道、轿厢、置于所述井道内壁的隔板和呈对称设置在所述井道内壁两侧的驱动结构,所述轿厢设有导板,所述隔板设有限位板,所述驱动结构设有驱动电机和与所述驱动电机输出端连接的电动升降杆,所述电动升降杆端部连接有贯穿所述隔板且分别置于所述限位板两侧的第一推动板和第二推动板,所述第一推动板面向轿厢一侧铰接有用以牵引导板的第一推动杆,所述第二推动板面向轿厢一侧铰接有用以牵引导板的第二推动杆;通过置于轿厢一侧的驱动结构对轿厢抬升同时配合电机拉动轿厢实现电梯的上升,减少电梯电机运行时的能量损耗以及等待时间,提高效率的同时还降低能量损耗。
