The invention discloses a solar sailboard unfolding control mechanism which comprises a three-way pressing plate. A strip-shaped through hole is formed in the three-way pressing plate, the strip-shaped through hole is located in the middle of the side face of the long straight part of a right-angle hook end of the three-way pressing plate, and a rotating shaft is installed in the strip-shaped through hole. The three-way pressing plate is connected with a sailboard auxiliary pressing plate through a rotating shaft; a torsional spring is arranged on the rotating shaft in a communicating mode, atorsional spring mounting hole boss is arranged on one side face of the three-way pressing plate, one end of the torsional spring is fixed in a torsional spring mounting hole of the torsional spring mounting hole boss, and the other end of the torsional spring is arranged on the lower side of an auxiliary pressing plate; the sailboard auxiliary pressing plate is provided with a rotating shaft mounting threaded hole, and the front end of the rotating shaft is provided with a thread and is in threaded connection with the rotating shaft mounting threaded hole of the sailboard auxiliary pressing plate. The mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, few components, good integrity, small volume, light weight and easiness in installation; the torsional spring is used for fixing again, double guarantees are achieved, the mechanism is prevented from vibrating and disengaging from the body in the spacecraft launching process, and reliability is high.

    本发明公开了一种太阳能帆板展开控制机构,包括三向压板,三向压板设有条形通孔,位于三向压板的直角钩端长直部分侧面中部,条形通孔安装有旋转轴;三向压板与帆板辅助压板通过旋转轴连接;旋转轴上穿设有扭簧,三向压板的一侧面设有扭簧安装孔凸台,扭簧的一端固定在扭簧安装孔凸台的扭簧安装孔内,扭簧的另一端设置在辅助压板下侧;帆板辅助压板设有旋转轴安装螺纹孔,旋转轴前端设有螺纹,旋转轴的前端与帆板辅助压板的旋转轴安装螺纹孔螺纹连接;本发明的优点在于:结构简单,构件数少,整体性好,体积小,重量轻,易安装;采用扭簧再次固定,双重保障,防止机构在航天器发射过程中振动脱离本体,可靠性高。
