The invention discloses a one-machine two-gun charging pile based on precise metering of an intelligent metering module. The one-machine two-gun charging pile comprises a charging pile shell, a battery, a control chip and a voltage sensor; a battery is arranged in the charging pile shell; a battery power transmission port is formed in the upper end of the battery; the battery power transmission port is connected with a voltage sensor through a wire. The other end of the voltage sensor is connected with a control chip through a wire, the control chip is connected with an accurate metering module, the accurate metering module comprises an electric quantity detection module, an electric quantity control module and an electric quantity operation module, the electric quantity detection module is connected with a vehicle charging port, and the electric quantity control module is connected with a high-voltage circuit breaker. Through amplification calculation of the amplification module, thecontrol chip can more accurately meter the charging electric quantity, and when the rated charging electric quantity is reached, the control chip controls the high-voltage circuit breaker to be powered off through the electric quantity control module, so that accurate metering of the charging electric quantity is realized, and calculation errors are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于自带智能计量模块精准计量的一机两枪充电桩,包括充电桩外壳、电池、控制芯片和电压传感器,所述充电桩外壳内部设置有电池,所述电池的上端安装着电池输电口,所述电池输电口通过导线连接着电压传感器,所述电压传感器的另一端通过导线连接着控制芯片,所述控制芯片连接有精准计量模块,所述精准计量模块包括电量检测模块、电量控制模块、电量运算模块,所述电量检测模块与车辆充电口连接,所述电量控制模块与高电断电器连接。本发明经过放大模块的放大计算,因此控制芯片更能精准计量充电电量,在达到额定充电电量时,控制芯片通过电量控制模块控制高电断电器进行断电,从而实现充电电量的精准计量,减少计算误差。
