The method comprises the steps: judging whether an electricvehicle is parked or not; acquiring equipment information, a charging state and a charging amount; displaying the idle parking space information and the equipment information on an intelligent guidescreen; displaying the vehicle information, the equipment information, the charging state and the charging amount on a first charging display screen and a second charging display screen; judging whether a trigger signal is generated or not; collecting a face image; extracting facial features; carrying out the feature comparison; driving an electromagnetic device to open a cabinet door; detecting whether a fire occurs in an external area; collecting an image in the external area; displaying an internal image; judging whether a fire occurs or not; and driving the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door, and driving fire-fighting equipment to open to extinguish fire. Operation and maintenance efficiency and timeliness are improved, vehicle moving and charging efficiency is improved, non-firefighters are prevented from stealing fire-fighting equipment in the fire-fighting cabinet, and a high anti-theft effect is achieved.
