The invention relates to a tractor intelligent output interface. The left output of a dividing valve III is connected with two loops in parallel; the first loop is connected with the oil inlet of an overflow valve II; the oil outlet of the overflow valve II is connected with a cooler III; the oil outlet of the cooler III returns to a fuel tank; the second loop is connected into a temperature sensor III, a pressure sensor III and a flow sensor III; the oil outlet of the second loop is connected with a uniform-pressure-drop valve I; the oil outlet of the uniform-pressure-drop valve I is connected with a three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve II; the hydraulic control oil port of the uniform-pressure-drop valve I is connected with the oil inlet loop and the oil outlet loop ofthe three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve II; the oil outlet of the three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve II is connected with a shuttle valve I in parallel and ismatched with the shuttle valve I to form a pressure compensation system; and the pressure compensation system ensures that the output flow of the three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve II is not changed along with load and is kept constant. The system flow is not changed along with variation of the load and can be precisely adjusted through a control signal, so that the system control precision is improved, and technical support is provided for precision agriculture.

    本发明涉及一种拖拉机智能输出接口,分流阀Ⅲ的左边输出并联二个回路,第一个回路连接溢流阀Ⅱ的进油口,溢流阀Ⅱ的出油口连接冷却器Ⅲ,冷却器Ⅲ的出油口流回油箱,第二个回路接入温度传感器Ⅲ、压力传感器Ⅲ和流量传感器Ⅲ,第二个回路出油口连接定差减压阀Ⅰ,定差减压阀Ⅰ的出油口连接三位四通电磁换向阀Ⅱ,定差减压阀Ⅰ的液控油口分别连接在三位四通电磁换向阀Ⅱ的进出油回路上,三位四通电磁换向阀Ⅱ出油口并联有梭阀Ⅰ,与梭阀Ⅰ配合使用构成了压力补偿系统,压力补偿系统确保三位四通电磁换向阀Ⅱ的输出流量不受负载变化而保持恒定。系统流量不随负载变化而改变,可通过控制信号精准调节,提高系统的控制精度,为精准农业提供技术支撑。
