The invention discloses a plate-type self-short-circuit permanent magnet device. The device is characterized in that a movable screen plate is arranged in the device, multiple of slots are formed in the screen plate, and permanent magnets are placed in the slots. According to the device, when the screen plate moves to adjacent magnetic poles, the permanent magnets in the adjacent slots in the screen plate can share the same magnetic pole, so that the mutual magnetic short circuit is formed, the purpose of demagnetization is achieved, and the whole device completes the magnetizing or demagnetizing function; due to the fact that the magnets can be placed in all the slots, the magnetic force is greatly increased; and meanwhile, an angle plate is used for directly pushing a square frame to achieve back-and-forth linear motion of the screen plate, the defects caused by traditional chain wheel drive are overcome, and then the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明装置内设置有一活动的网板,在网板中设置有许多槽孔,孔中放置有永磁块,当网板移动到相邻磁极时,网板孔中相邻槽中的永磁块能共用同一磁极,从而形成相互磁短路,达到消磁的目的,使整个装置完成上磁或消磁功能,由于每槽均可放置磁块,磁力将增加很多;同时利用角板直接推动方框来实现网板的来回直线运动,免除了用传统链轮带动的一些弊端,也能进一步降低制作成本。
