The invention relates to an elevator fault detection method and device, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps that opening and closing data uploaded by an electromagnetic sensor corresponding to a target elevator is received, wherein the opening and losing data carries a timestamp, and the timestamp is added by a communication module of the electromagnetic sensor; the elevator door state of the target elevator is determined according to the opening and closing data, and the elevator door state comprises a closed state and an open state; when the elevator door state is in the open state, the target operation speed matched with the opening and closing data is acquired from a database according to the timestamp of the opening and closing data, the target operation speed has a corresponding timestamp, the timestamp of the target operation speed is added by a communication module of a speed sensor corresponding to the target elevator, and the database stores the corresponding relationship between the target operation speed and the timestamp of the target operation speed; and the operation state of the target elevator is determined according tothe target operation speed. The method is adopted so that the door opening and elevator taking fault detection efficiency of the elevator can be improved.

    本申请涉及一种电梯故障检测方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。所述方法包括:接收目标电梯对应的电磁传感器上传的开关数据,开关数据携带时间戳,时间戳是由电磁传感器的通讯模组添加的;根据开关数据确定目标电梯的电梯门状态,电梯门状态包括闭合状态和打开状态;当电梯门状态为打开状态时,根据开关数据的时间戳从数据库中获取与开关数据匹配的目标运行速度,目标运行速度存在对应的时间戳,目标运行速度的时间戳是由目标电梯对应的速度传感器的通讯模组添加的,数据库存储有目标运行速度与目标运行速度的时间戳的对应关系;根据目标运行速度确定目标电梯的运行状态。采用本方法能够提高电梯开门走梯故障检测效率。
